For over fifteen years ExitLeft has operated successfully as a Performance Academy and a Theatre Production house.
The Academy provides high quality education in the performing arts, specialising in music and drama. With students going on to study at NIDA, VCA, The Arts Academy and WAAPA. Students feature in theatre and television locally and nationally and perform live at venues around the country.
The production house has been consistently entertaining Tasmanian audiences with a mix of large-scale theatrical events, cutting-edge theatre, popular musicals, comedies, drama and children’s shows.
The company has had an enviable record of success, smashing box office records and achieving audience figures that would be the envy of producers throughout Australia. Audiences and critics alike have been effusive with their praise and there is clear acknowledgement within the community that events with the ExitLeft branding are high quality and a guarantee of great entertainment.
